Mrs. Trujillo or Mrs. “T” as she is known to her students has served teenagers in education for the last 25 years. She loves her vocation and is enthusiastic about providing opportunities for students to experience success. Mrs. T. is also the author of three books for teens and an inspirational speaker and workshop leader. Mrs. T’s passion is teenagers and she has appeared on Oprah as an advocate for teens by promoting healthy relationships between teens and their parents.

Renee grew up in Woodfords, CA and Minden, NV. This is her 3rd year with ASPIRE and 12th with DCSD. She worked at Minden Elementary School for 9 years and prior to that she had been an office coordinator for Real Estate and Investment Banking firms. She enjoys any activity involving her kids/family/dogs, the great outdoors, raising livestock, reading, helping those in need as well as she can.

Mrs. Gorrindo has dutifully stepped in as ASPIRE's interim principal for the Fall 2016 semester. Mrs. G was ASPIRE's first principal and was the mentor to Mrs. T. She has served Douglas County School District faithfully as a teacher, administrator, and assistant superintendent. Her professionalism is second to none and ASPIRE is glad to have her back this school year.

Leslie began her job path in the travel industry but joined the education industry after that. She has been working for DCSD for 5 years and has worked with A.S.P.I.R.E. since January 2014. She is orginally from Michigan and moved here is 1991 from Houston, Texas. She enjoys skiing, hiking, reading and watching movies.
